Who we are
SellerMorning is operated by Seller Morning Ltd, registered in England and Wales. If you have any questions about this policy, contact us at hello@sellermorning.com.
What data we collect
- Email address — when you join the waitlist or create an account.
- Payment information — processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Amazon Seller account data — when you connect your Amazon account via Login with Amazon (OAuth), we access the following data through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API):
- Orders and sales data — order revenue, unit counts, and refund metrics from the previous 24 hours, used to calculate daily performance and week-over-week trends.
- FBA inventory data — current stock quantities at Amazon fulfilment centres, used to calculate days-of-supply and generate low-stock alerts.
- Catalogue and listings data — ASIN details, Best Sellers Rank, and Buy Box ownership status, used to detect ranking changes or Buy Box loss.
- Advertising data — campaign-level spend and conversion metrics from the Amazon Advertising API, used to calculate TACoS and identify wasted ad spend.
We only request access to the specific API data roles listed above. We do not access your financial disbursement data, buyer personal information, tax data, or any data beyond what is needed to generate your daily briefing.
How we use your Amazon data
Your Amazon data is used for one purpose only: to generate and deliver your personalised daily morning briefing. Specifically:
- Each morning, we retrieve your previous day’s data via the Amazon SP-API.
- Our AI system analyses the data to identify trends, anomalies and recommended actions.
- We generate a plain-English briefing email and deliver it to your registered email address.
- Raw API responses are processed in memory and discarded. We only persist computed summary metrics (e.g. “revenue: $1,744”, “units: 24”) required for trend comparison.
We do not sell, rent, licence, or share your Amazon data with any third party. We do not aggregate your data with other sellers’ data. We do not use your Amazon data for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the SellerMorning service to you.
Data storage and security
- All data is stored in Supabase (hosted on AWS infrastructure) with row-level security policies ensuring each user can only access their own data.
- Amazon OAuth credentials (Login with Amazon refresh tokens) are encrypted at rest.
- All data in transit is encrypted via TLS/HTTPS.
- We retain up to 30 days of briefing history so you can review recent reports.
- Raw Amazon API data is not persisted beyond the briefing generation process.
Revoking Amazon access
You can disconnect your Amazon account from SellerMorning at any time by:
- Going to your account settings on sellermorning.com and clicking “Disconnect Amazon Account”.
- Revoking access directly from your Amazon Seller Central app authorisations page.
When you revoke access, we immediately stop retrieving data from your Amazon account. Any stored summary metrics are deleted within 14 days, or immediately upon account deletion.
Third-party service providers
We share data only with the following service providers, solely as needed to operate SellerMorning:
- Supabase (database and authentication) — stores your account data and briefing history.
- Stripe (payment processing) — processes subscription payments. We never see or store your card details.
- Resend (email delivery) — delivers your daily briefing emails.
- Vercel (hosting) — hosts the SellerMorning web application.
- OpenAI (AI analysis) — processes your daily metrics to generate briefing text. Only computed summary metrics are sent, never raw Amazon API data or personal information.
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information or Amazon data with any other third parties for marketing or advertising purposes.
Deleting your data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by emailing us at hello@sellermorning.com. We will delete all your data, including stored Amazon summary metrics, briefing history, and account information, within 14 days of your request. Amazon OAuth tokens are revoked and deleted immediately.
GDPR (UK/EU users)
If you are based in the UK or EU, you have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, the right to restrict processing, and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@sellermorning.com. Our legal basis for processing your data is the performance of our contract with you (providing the SellerMorning service).
Cookies
We use only essential cookies required to keep the site working (authentication session). We do not use tracking, analytics or advertising cookies.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by email.
